It’s so painful when Jeezy tries to be lyrical:

Reminds me of his other epic food reference, “it’s goin’ down on aisle three/I’ll bag you like some groceries,” from “Love In This Club.”  Get ’em Jeezy.

We had Serius on Sound Session a while back and dude was cool as hell.  Plus he can really rhyme, so I’m a fan.  That said, why would you start off a freestyle with the very first line:

…speechless.

AZ is ill, but umm:

“Mind of Muhammad, signs of the Masonic/
Both combine, I’m a verbal rhyme colonic”
–AZ, “Knowledge Is Freedom”

I think a good general rule would be to never refer to yourself as any kind of colonic.  Maybe that’s just me though.

Wrapping up the all Chamillionaire WLotD week with another punchline that tries way too hard:

“My garage is full of ‘RARRR’, yeah, Jaguars and Gators/
My hand is where the oak gon’ land like the Raiders”

Jermaine/germ mayne?  Really?  That’s what we’re doing here?  Ok.

Koopa WLotD week pushes on:

Even Chino XL is cringing at these punchlines.

Cham Week, pt. 2:

“I Phil-up Banks, my account bigger than Carlton’s/
Ladies call me Daly, like my first name was Carson”

You know, I actually like the first part, just cause Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is the greatest television series of all time.  That said, it still sounds like a punchline you’d write in middle school (or if you were a ‘net-cee’ in the late 90’s), and the second part is just inexcusable.  Reminds me of Erick Sermon-esque punchlines: “I’m grindin…LIKE THE CLIPSE!”  Oops, pow, surprise, ohhhhhhhh.

Disclaimer: I like Koopa, but this might be an all Chamillionaire WLotD week.  He’s had a lot of questionable lines recently, which is probably a product of releasing so many punchline heavy verses.  If you do that, you’re bound to have some that don’t quite come off.  Herrrrrrrrre we go:
